• Chronic pain or special conditions requiring pose modifications.
• Unable to get down to the floor for a floor yoga practice - You may practice on a treatment table.
• Want to get a few private classes before joining a group yoga class.
• Have specific things you'd like to work on in your yoga.
• Just your preference.

Cost for private instruction is $70 and for semi-private (2 students) cost is $99
